Hot Ham, Apple and Cheese Sandwiches

hot ham and cheese-1 copy

Experimenting in the kitchen is a favorite hobby of mine. Granted, I have had more than my share of fails, but the things I’ve done right more than make up for it! Like this sandwich. Really, it’s simple and on the edges it is very traditional, but the apple surprise inside makes it far more interesting than an ordinary sandwich. These are perfect packed up for a picnic or hot from the stove at home.
