There is a lot of time involved in making these, only because you’ll have to wait between layers for the mixtures to freeze. The actual making of the mixtures takes 10 minutes tops.

Candy Corn Push Pops for Halloween

1 1/2 cups Silk Vanilla Coconutmilk
1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
3/4 teaspoon coconut extract
3 teaspoons sugar
orange food coloring
yellow food coloring
6 push-up pop containers

Candy Corn Orange Layer

In a blender, put 1/2 cup of mandarin oranges, 1/2 cup of Silk Vanilla Coconutmilk, 1/4 tsp coconut extract, 4 drops orange food coloring and 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional) and blend until smooth. These really don’t need the extra teaspoon of sugar, but if you want to make them more like a dessert-y kind of Popsicle throw it in there.

Pull the stopper all the way down on your push pop container so it’s ready to fill. Pour the orange mixture into each of your 6 push pop containers until they are about a third full. Place upright into the freezer. I cleared off a shelf in my freezer and used the wire racks to hold the containers straight up and down and it worked well.

Candy Corn White Layer

Rinse out your blender, then add 1/2 cup Silk Vanilla Coconutmilk, 12 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 tsp coconut extract and 1 tsp sugar (optional). Blend until smooth. Once the orange layer is firmly frozen, pour the white coconut mixture into each push pop container until the two thirds mark and return to the freezer.

Candy Corn Yellow Layer

Rinse your blender  once again and then add 1/2 cup Silk Vanilla Coconutmilk, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/4 tsp coconut extract, 4 drops yellow food coloring and 1 teaspoon sugar (optional). Blend until smooth. After the white layer is firmly frozen, pour the yellow/pineapple into each push pop container until each nears the top. Place the lids on each container and return to the freezer. Once the yellow layer is frozen, they are ready to serve!

The push pops will need to be made and frozen in layers. You can make the mixtures for the layers all at once and keep the mixtures in the fridge as you wait for them to freeze.
