Best-Ever Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 8- oz. can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil and sugar and blend. Stir in zucchini, pineapple nuts and raisins. Divide batter between two prepared loaf pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
