Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates

Ingredients
  

  • 12 slices thick cut bacon
  • 24 pitted medjool dates
  • 24 whole pecans
  • 2 oz gorgonzola cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Stuff each pitted date with a whole pecan and a small sliver of gorgonzola. Cut each slice of bacon in half so you have 24 pieces. Wrap each stuffed date with slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Bake on a cookie sheet for 8 minutes on each side or until the bacon looks done. Cool slightly before serving.
