When this beauty showed up today on Edible Crafts, I really took notice. It is a NO BAKE gingerbread mansion that is so kid-friendly it’s crazy! It’s constructed of graham crackers, chicklets, licorice and M&Ms with some pumpkin candies and gummy spiders thrown in for good measure. And it turns out this creative lady has written a whole book called No-Bake Gingerbread Houses for Kids, in case you think you might need some inspiration for those other holidays around the corner.
