Boo Cup Halloween Boo Your Neighbors

Boo Cup Halloween Boo Your Neighbors

Individual “Boo Your Neighbors” gifts? Yes! We have lots and lots of little people in our neighborhood, and around Halloween, I love to treat them all! Each of these little people have many siblings, so I know that giving each kid a little “boo” of their own helps squash some of the fighting that may happen over group gifts dropped at the door.

Even if you don’t have a Cricut machine, these Boo Your Neighbor cups are easy to make. You can cut vinyl shapes with scissors, and get creative with your ghost tag!

How to make a Boo Your Neighbor Cup

Materials

I picked up a few plastic cups from the dollar store in black and white. If you grab orange or green, you can also make pumpkins and Frankenstein. For the shapes of the smiles I used the same ones I created for the mini recycled Halloween Pinatas you see in this post.

Using either the SVG file or the pdf file as a template, resize your smiles and eyes to fit the cups you are using. I like to measure the visible space across my cup and resize the image to that width. ((Or height, if that is the limiting factor)

Apply the googly eyes and/or vinyl to the plastic cup.

Stuff a little tissue paper in the top of the cup and fill with candy and toys.

If you use the ghost tag from Cricut Design Space, you’ll need some white cardstock and pens for your machine. The “Little Boo!” is written by the Cricut Machine (in much neater handwriting than I could ever pull off!)

Tie some ribbon on the tag and attach to your cup with a piece of tape and you’re ready to go boo some little neighbors!
