Christmas Gift Wrapping Ideas

Yesterday I got a cute little box of goodies in the mail from Darby Smart. It was good timing, too, as I had just finished wrapping up all my gifts and needed a few pretties on them to make them special looking under the tree. The box came with baker’s twine, silver glitter washi tape, a silver paint marker and lots of pretty gift tags. All perfect for being a bit creative with gift wrapping!  #gapxdarbysmart

The dollar spot had tons of trendy wrapping paper this year. While black seems a bit off as a choice for Christmas, once you add some sparkle and shine with cut pieces of washi tape, it’s amazing.

Buffalo check plaid is the pattern of the season this year, and a bit of baker’s twine and graphic Darby Smart tag are an awesome way to dress it up!

Back to black–it’s so versatile! I used a silver paint pen to draw on my own designs. Easy peasy, and you could do this with just about any solid color wrapping paper.
