These cute little paper witch hats topped the spoons of the perfectly poisonous parfaits. They, like the parfaits, are very simple to make. The witch hats have lots of potential for Halloween decorating; instead of putting on top of spoons, you could put them on toothpicks for cupcakes! I bet they would look fabulous over some green frosting.
Supplies:
- 2 1/2-3 inch circle punched from black card stock
- 2 inch circle punched from black card stock
- Glue
To assemble:
Cut the 2 1/2 inch circle in half.
Roll the half circle into a cone shape and glue the edge down so the shape stays.
If you are putting your hats on the tops of spoons, cut a small slit in the middle of the 2 inch circle. If you are going to put them on toothpicks, poke a small hole in the middle so your toothpick has somewhere to stick to.
Place glue on the inside edges of your cone, then place in the middle of the 2 inch circle, and you’re done!
If you want to make cupcake picks out of these, put a little glue at the tip of your toothpick and insert into the small hole you made in the bottom of the witch hat.
Enjoy!!
