Halloween Day 3: Spooky Tissue Pomette Garlands

For a bit of festive Halloween fun, Paper Source has provided a quick tutorial on how to make little tissue pom garlands. This is a perfect project to have your kids help with, as the smaller size makes them a bit easier to manage. Six pieces of 3″x5″ tissue are stacked, accordian folded and fluffed to make each pom, and then tied to piece of yarn to complete the garland. Great for atmosphere, especially if you want less scary and more fun for your Halloween!
