I don’t know about you, but I am so stuffed from the holidays that I am ready to put myself on a diet and eat nothing but light food that really really good for me. That makes it almost unfortunate there is one more night of partying on the horizon – New Year’s Eve. How to look forward to the more holiday food part of the evening? Simple. Make healthier appetizers, but make them so unique and glamourous that no one will miss all the calories.
