How to Train Your Dragon Craft Idea: Toothless Pot

How to Train Your Dragon Craft Idea: Toothless Pot

When I put together the How to Train Your Dragon party ideas for family movie night, I was willing to do a little work for the evening’s celebration of our favorite vikings and dragons, but not a lot. That meant coming up with lots of 5 minute crafts, and hopefully with supplies I already had hanging around the house.

This How to Train Your Dragon craft idea was born out of the idea of putting something together cute …but being able to do it really really quickly. A couple of terra cotta pots I had laying around were transformed into Toothless and his girlfriend the light dragon in a matter of minutes! Read on for how I did it…

How to Make How to Train Your Dragon Toothless Centerpieces

These pots would also be perfect with a bit of paper fill in them to make a centerpiece! To do this, just add a piece of foam in the bottom to hold up the things that will be coming out of your Toothless dragon pot. I like to add a paper circle with the guest of honor’s name (or maybe a glittered monogram or number) on a bamboo skewer to my birthday party centerpieces.
