A few weeks ago I got an email from Christine at Pure Joy Events about an idea she had for some holiday inspiration – wrapping gifts in washi tape (this is a japanese printed tape a little more substantial than scotch tape for those of you not familiar with the stuff). I love Christine and all her styling talent, so I, of course, agreed to help out. Christine got together a fun team, including Glenda from Cute Tape, Xiaolu of 6 Bittersweets, and Frances, the owner of The Pear Tree Cottage, and an inspirational shoot was born.
Who knew washi tape could be so cool?? Just LOVE it. I am thinking a washi-tape birthday party might be fun after seeing all this creative goodness. I’ll be paying a visit to Cute Tape for sure.
This wreath from the The Knock-Knock Factory is too much!
The total inspirational shoot can be seen at the beautiful blog, The Sweetest Occasion. And as an added bonus to visit, all those gift tags you see in the pictures can be picked up as a free printable AND you can enter to win a set of washi tape of your own so you can call your Christmas a wrap, too.
