{Real Party} Mod Milk & Cookies Birthday

Karin, the talented momma who styled this dinosaur party for her son had another little birthday at her house last month. Inspired by several parties she collected around the blogosphere, she settled on this really neat “mod” milk and cookies theme. Together we put together a few printables to make the party work! The photographs are by the talented Jenny Ann Photography out of Orlando. These pictures speak for themselves, so I’m just going to let you enjoy!

Marvelous work, Karin!

Beautiful party! I am creating a similar dessert table for my daughter’s first birthday party. Could you tell me how you created the adorable polka dotted back drop? Is that wrapping paper or fabric? Thanks!

Hey Nicole – I believe it’s fabric…I have that same fabric – I bought it at Hobby Lobby and they still have it. 🙂

I was wondering though if you know of any tutorials on how to make those tissue circle things above the dessert table. What are they called? Thanks!!!

The fabric is from JoAnn’s, I just wrapped plywood in batting and then the fabric. It took 2 pieces to cover it.
    I ordered the Pomette’s from here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/Pomflair
    Hope that helps!

Meet Paula

My father came home from a trip for work when I was a little girl toting a huge (to me) book of fairy tales. I was instantly smitten with the beautiful illustrations and the stories that came alive from those worn pages. My favorite was always the frog prince…my mother read it to me over and over (and over.) Read More…
